About BPC Inspection
BPC inspection was created by Mr. S. Borrero , who has been a California Licensed Contractor for over 12 years in the greater Los Angeles Area. Mr. Borrero and his staff have performed all aspects of the inspection and remediation of mold throughout Southern California, from Houses, Apartments buildings and Commercial buildings. - Dedication to integrity is our most important goal. Your satisfaction is our reputation. Remediation can be a very expensive process. In our opinion, it is a conflict of interest to perform mold inspections and sampling services and to profit from remediation! We have nothing to gain by finding a mold problem. Are we certified to perform mold remediation? Yes ,we don’t perform remediation but we are knowledgeable with the process, often we get hired to inspect remediation work. What kind of certification do you have? CMI , Certified Mold Inspector CMR, Certified Mold Remediator .We also hold a California Contractor's License for over twelve years The lab we use is in compliance with the ISO 17025 Standard for performing the microscopic analysis of fungi We send all of our microbial samples to LA Testing
LA Testing is one of the few labs in the entire state of California that have endured and passed the rigorous, lengthy, and expensive process of becoming AIHA certified for fungal analysis.We are member of the Better Business Bureau.
